East Brunswick Commercial Water Damage Cleanup by SERVPRO
The Before Photo shows a great deal of standing commercial water damage in this East Brunswick office. The laminate flooring absorbed it and seepage affecting the substrate underneath meant SERVPRO had to remove the floorboards to dry the concrete underneath. Upon using their moisture detection equipment, the techs found wicking occurred around the floor joints and cut away about eight inches of the drywall to stop any more water damage from occurring. The techs were able to leave the table and chairs with metal legs in the room during the water restoration services. The bottom of the large bookcase took on water and required removal but the rest of the unit was found to be undamaged.
