I just want to let you know how your men have made this very difficult experience a lot easier for me. When I called your office on Saturday night, I was so stressed and overwhelmed with the fact that my basement was underwater.

My husband is essential so he is not here in the days, and I have my 4 month old grandson I have to babysit for my daughter, as she too is essential, along with 2 dogs and a cat and I am also working a part-time job.

When I met Luiz Neto on Sunday morning I had a good feeling after speaking with him. However, I was very uneasy and didn’t know how I was going to deal with everything. Mr. Luiz and his team were very professional, pleasant and worked very hard. Mr. Luiz would call or text me and kept me updated on their progress.

Mr. Luiz is a good reflection for your company and great employee and I want to let you know.

Based on my experience with Mr. Luiz, I will definitely refer you to my friends and family.

I know my job is not complete, but I am really very happy with the service so far.
